Do I need a consultation first?

For anything medical, yes: needling, boosters and the clear-skin programme. Facials and LED you can book straight away.

Will you try to sell me products?

No. We'll tell you what you need at home, often things you already own. Practitioners are paid for outcomes, not sales.

What if a treatment isn't right for me?

We'll say so, and suggest something else or nothing at all. That's what the consultation is for.

Can I change or cancel?

Up to 24 hours before, free. Inside 24 hours we keep the deposit.
